How does the AI document reading work?
AI document reading is part of our paid plans. On HaulBook Standard, scan or upload a rate confirmation or a fuel statement/receipt and the details are extracted into the right place. HaulBook Pro reads everything — BOLs, PODs, expense receipts, settlements, insurance certificates and more. The free plan is fully manual. Always double-check the extracted info before you rely on it.
How do I manage or cancel my HaulBook subscription?
HaulBook Standard and HaulBook Pro are billed monthly per truck through our payment processor, Stripe. To change plans, change trucks, or cancel, open the billing portal from your HaulBook account, or email support@haulbookapp.com and we'll take care of it. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to More → Account and choose to delete your account. This removes your account and data from our systems.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don't sell your data or use it for ads. See our Privacy Policy.
Which devices are supported?
HaulBook is an iPhone app (iOS). Android isn't supported yet.
